2. Description of Service

Spar is an AI-powered co-founder assistant designed for solo business owners and entrepreneurs. The Service is available via our web application and iOS mobile app. It provides conversational AI guidance, business memory, and strategic thinking support. Spar is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or professional consultant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Spar, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Billing

Spar is offered as a subscription service at the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We offer a free trial for new users. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

iOS In-App Purchases: If you subscribe through our iOS app, your purchase is processed by Apple and governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions and privacy policy. Apple's standard refund policies apply to App Store purchases — we are unable to issue refunds for transactions processed by Apple. You may manage or cancel your iOS subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Share your account access with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology underlying Spar are the property of Milani AI Tech. You retain ownership of your business data and conversation content. We do not claim ownership of information you provide.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Spar provides AI-generated responses for informational and strategic thinking purposes only. Responses should not be considered professional financial, legal, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Service's output.

Support inquiries sent to our support email may receive an AI-drafted initial response. These responses are generated to assist our team and may be reviewed before sending. AI-generated support replies are for informational purposes and do not constitute binding commitments or official policy statements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milani AI Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms
