Milani AI Tech ("we", "us", or "our") operates Spar ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details provided through our authentication provider (Clerk).
Conversation Data
We store the messages you exchange with Spar to provide persistent memory and continuity across sessions. This includes your business information, goals, decisions, and other details you share.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the Service, including session frequency, feature usage, and performance metrics.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe for web, Apple App Store / RevenueCat for iOS). We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. For iOS in-app purchases, Apple processes all payment transactions and their privacy policy governs that data. RevenueCat manages subscription state and entitlements on our behalf.
Support Communications
When you contact us for support via email, we collect your email address and the content of your message. Support emails may be processed by automated AI systems to classify your inquiry and generate an initial draft response before human review.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including AI-powered memory and responses
- To personalize your experience based on your tone preferences and business profile
- To improve and optimize the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. AI and Your Data
Your conversation data is processed by AI models to generate responses. We use your business profile and conversation history to provide contextually relevant advice. Your data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI system's quality.
When you send us a support email, your message may be automatically processed by an AI system to classify the type of inquiry and draft an initial reply. This processing uses your email address, message subject, and body text. AI-generated draft replies are reviewed before being sent where appropriate.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service, including hosting, authentication (Clerk), analytics (PostHog), payment processing (Stripe, Apple App Store, RevenueCat), and email infrastructure (AgentMail)
- AI providers: AI model providers (Anthropic) process your messages and support emails to generate responses, subject to their data processing agreements
- Apple: If you use our iOS app and make in-app purchases, Apple processes your payment data under their privacy policy
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Ended sessions are archived but retained to support your business memory. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for privacy-friendly product analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
